I'm not quite sure I understand the point of his post--perhaps something was lost in the translation to English. I think what he was doing was pointing out how a true Social Contract would work, and thus why the alleged Social Contract claimed by statists is not really a contract.
Otherwise, if we were in an anarchy, I'm not sure why one would have a social contract with a representative. To whom would they be representing me?
