Interesting point from someone posting on a public forum... Huh

I'm not as secure as I could be, but you'd have to do some digging to figure out who I really am and where I live.  I'm at least not trying to make it easy.


What are you worried about?

Nothing specific, just a general precaution.  Without heavy-duty encryption, anything on the internet is available to anyone in the world with a computer and internet access, be it your home address, pictures of your last birthday party, or records of your credit card purchases.
