I'm pretty sure there's a rule out there called posse comitatus. Does no one in the military read any more?

Is that a rhetorical question?

The military disarmed New Orleans after Katrina.  The government doesn't have to follow its own laws.  There is no one to force them to comply.

I was being sarcastic with that question, guys. Tongue Yeah. I know about the gun confiscation following Katrina. An incident that was pretty much the same thing happened in Iowa (or was it Idaho?) a few years ago where troops were being trained to take on American citizens and take guns away. It's all the same all stuff.
