Hello, everyone.  I haven't had the time to post in the introduction section of the forum yet, but I will soon.  I've been lurking here a while, and I'm trying to find a couple of videos.  I don't know who made them or what the titles are, but I remember seeing them both on Youtube about a year ago.  I'd like to find them again, so I'll give the best description I can and hopefully one of the members here can point me in the right direction:

The first video compared government to a virus, attaching itself to healthy cells and draining them of their energy.  The narrator went on to describe the Constitution as a "200 year-old magic scroll" that in reality offers no protection to the individual. This made me chuckle. The video concluded with the fact that a person can supply his own power with solar panels and provide him/herself with clean water with commercially-available filters, reducing or even eliminating dependence on the "system".

The second video featured mostly simple black-and-white animation.  The narrator made an analogy about how people used to worship volcanoes (or something to that effect) and explained how government would simply disappear if everyone just ignored it.  No violence needed. I don't remember much more about it, but it had some great points.

I'd really like to find these two videos again to show others and spread the philosophy of voluntaryism.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The second video sounds familiar. I want to say it's by Molyneux. If it is, snoop around his youtube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/stefbot/videos), you'll find it eventually.

Well, I found the first one.  Here it is:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6cs_Gkfo8g" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6cs_Gkfo8g</a>

I love the second half of the vid, because that's exactly what I plan to do.  I have solar panels, a water filtration system and more gear to help me check out of this f'd-up system.  I'm even going to build my own damn road (gravel) to my future abode.  I'm currently testing out my equipment on leased land in a 10x15' cabin (very close to Thoreau's dimensions).  My experiment is going well, and I see no reason why I can't upscale a bit and go permanent.  Within 2 years, it's gonna happen.

As for the second video, I'm 99% sure it's not Stefbot.  I'm very familiar with his stuff.  Let's keep looking...

Peace.
