I'd say IP comes down to a fight between physical property, as in I write a copyrighted book on my own paper. IP can't really be stolen since the maker of the idea will still have the idea after it gets "stolen", so I'd say physical property that can actually get stolen trumps IP any day.

Hey Seth I'm a newb like Distruzio and have a question.
I have a relative who has a laptop which runs Windows 7 and the computer has been having problems with the blue screen of death and viruses, but she can still browse the web some. Do you think she could download linux and ditch windows 7 along with all the problems she's been having?

I think bumper stickers would be a good idea if they had a link to Daily Anarchist on them. They are good conversation starters and would be good for advertising Daily Anarchist.

I've had an argument with my parents over social security before. I asked them why they supported social security when people could just save money for themselves.
They responded that most people are too stupid to save for themselves and that there would be a bunch of poor old people, so everyone should be forced to pay into social security.
I then try talking about private charities being able to help those in need, and my parents usually tell me to be quiet, pretty funny.

Best thing you could probably do with really low numbers is some vigilante work and guerrilla fighting.

This is likely the fear-mongering other slaves tell each other to stay in line. I used to believe it myself. Not sure I do anymore.

When researching this I remember reading the "if prosecuted and convicted you could face up to 5 years in prison or a fine $250,000". I'm pretty sure the only time they might prosecute someone is if the person talks to a newspaper or something and says they're not registering in civil disobedience.

My parents live in a small town with a homeowners association and don't like it at all. They hate the fee they have to pay and said if they had the chance to they never would have moved there.

The only real costs for not registering are that you will not be able to get a federal job(haha) or get student financial aid from the gov. Not that bad at all.
