 As stated in the article, how, exactly, is this going to be accomplished? You're talking about something that's found on the internet and mass distributed. I guess Liberman's internet censoring bill is going to come into play here, right?

This is not to be unexpected. Banning weapons that are completely non-existant used to be a means of scoring political points.

Hopefully though there will still be ways around this even if this ban does gain traction.  Grin
