I saw it yesterday.    I thought it was a very good movie... but not great.    It was certainly worth the ticket price.

At first I thought they were rather heavy-handed with the cop-worship, but in hindsight there wasn't that much of that going on.    Just a couple of pivotal scenes which could also be interpreted as "people standing up to bullies"-worship instead of cop-worship.

I thought Bane was interesting, which is saying a lot for a character that I haven't liked in the comics for years.   It seemed like they were really trying to turn him into a new Darth Vader or something... at least until the end, when they screwed it all up (IMO).    His rhetoric was definitely drawn from the more socialist parts of the "Occupy" movement, but they neatly side-step any potential sympathies by making him... well... insane.

For people who saw the movie:   Wasn't that the Scarecrow playing judge!?   Or am I mistaken?

See it again. The first time I saw it, I thought it wad good. 8.5 out if 10. But the second time, I fully understood its genius. 9.5/10.

The main problem with it is the time passing. 30 minutes in one part, months pass. Then in an hour, a few days pass. Then, 45 minutes happen in real time. That is the main thing to keep in mind when watching the film. It makes more sense than i realized.

PS nice trolling with "winner" negator. I wouldn't be suprised if realist or freedick show up too.

Also, you need to see the other 2 to fully appreciate the plot, characters, and emotion.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I don't understand why people can get so excited about these movies.  Ultimately, it's just another work of fiction, however well done.

Fiction is what makes my life enjoyable.  Well fiction and life and my family...

I don't understand the music these kids listen to.  They don't even know what the jazz is all about!

Get off my lawn!

/also I just saw the Dark Knight Rises

It was amazing and I'm excited!
