Check out this little blog Lew Rockwell just put up.
http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/69820.htmlHe admits Sam was right about not voting. Now, consider this. If Lew Rockwell and the other Mises cohorts come to the conclusion that voting is anti-principle, does this mean they might reconsider civil disobedience?
Once I realized that the state had no legitimacy, it seemed intuitive to me that participating in its charade elections was counter-productive to the cause. So, since we cannot vote the state out of existence we are left with only one choice, to disobey it.
Even if you had every individual in the world subscribe to anarcho-capitalist views it wouldn't mean anything if none of them were willing to disobey the illegitimate laws of the state.
Could you imagine if the LRC and Mises crowd starting publishing articles on disobedience? That's something I don't believe they've done at all. It might take away market share from the Daily Anarchist but that would be fine by me. They would have serious influence if they did.
This could be the beginning of something big.
