 I just downloaded Bitcoin, but can't do anything with it because the damn program is refusing to sync. It's been stuck on 0% syn for over 15 min. now, and there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the program as a whole. What am I doing wrong here?

I had the same problem when I first got it a few months back. It seemed to work itself out for me.

It can take a few hours before it will get connections. Then once it gets connections it will take over a day to fully download the blockchain. After that you're good to go.
