Apparently these drills have been around for awhile.  "Code Bravo" or something like that.  If you read frequent flyer forums, there are people that ignore the freeze commands.  Sure, they'll bitch about it and try and intimidate you into complying, but there's not much they can do.  They might even try to stand in your way, but the reality is they have no grounds to detain you.  Just don't comply.  If they want me to participate in their drills, they're gonna have to compensate me for my time.
